Hybrid Role within the Northeast


About the European Digital Marketing Manager role.

Our client is a well-established, US based manufacturing company and is looking for a European Digital Marketing Manager to join the Creative and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will join the Company’s Global Strategy & Planning team and report to the European Managing Director and the Director of Marketing Strategy at the global headquarters in New York.

The successful candidate has the potential to build their own team for success.

This role requires some international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Build digital marketing strategies that drive revenue goals
  • Syndicate global content locally to maintain a global brand image in the European region
  • Build additional European content strategies and campaign plans for new and existing product lines and localised branded content
  • Leverage influencer digital marketing opportunities
  • Find opportunities to amplify partnerships with media outlets, retailers, and other partners
  • Own the local delivery strategy
  • Lead the monitoring and reporting on owned digital campaigns
  • Provide regular KPI performance updates to Management
  • Own & manage Europe-wide budgets for social channels and digital marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression and coordinated marketing strategies amongst export partners and distributors
  • Stay ahead of updates, social trends, best practices and content ideas across all platforms.


Main duties

  • Drive growth, engagement, and conversions across the digital channels for all Brands across Europe
  • Maintain an integrated long-term marketing plan
  • Own the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of all B2C digital marketing
  • Develop content strategies
  • Drive revenue through paid media strategies.
  • Develop new products and maintain and support existing applications.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Batchelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and marketing best practice
  • Ability to create targeted strategies that deliver against objectives
  • A deep understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Ability to define, measure & interpret marketing ROI.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Highly analytical, articulate, numerate and literate.


Essential Experience

  • 5 years' substantive experience in a digital marketing role, including paid digital media
  • Experience in collaborating across disparate organisations, and managing others
  • Good knowledge around SEO
  • Experience and knowledge of digital marketing in Europe.

Desirable

  • Loyalty program experience is desirable
